This set starts with a race on Pomme d’Or, owned by a crew mate of Dad’s, boat maintenance at Brightlingsea, then back aboard Ally Sloper for a trip up the River Orwell. I was apparently at Brightlingsea, but I don’t remember it now. Great detail, and sense of ‘60s fun messing about in boats. June 1962 was a busy month!
